Building a Vendor Scorecard –Using the information introduced in the Attain Academy seminar – Measuring Performance & Managing Scorecards, this workshop will walk you step-by-step through the process of developing a Summary Vendor Scorecard using the individual vendor scorecards provided by your key customers. In addition, this workshop will show you techniques you can use to present the information to management and use the scorecards to drive corrective action. We are in the early stages of developing this workshop – any comments or suggestions would be valued.
