Developing a Deduction Improvement Roadmap – This Attain Academy workshop walks you through the steps necessary to identify and prioritize specific deduction management improvement opportunities facing your company. By comparing your company’s deduction processes against best practices in the areas of organization, processes, communication & reporting and technology as well as critically reviewing your actual deduction performance for the past 12 months, you will develop process improvements as well as identify key deduction reasons and customers on which to focus improvement efforts. Once key improvement opportunities are identified, you are guided through a process to prioritize your opportunities using a Relative Return Matrix and then shown how to build a detailed action plan to encourage success.
